We are a FMCG company and recently implemented DocuSign to reduce the number of paper usage and increasing process speed. By enabling electronic signature our employees can get approvals from concerned person easily and much faster, paperwork is processed on time.
+ PROS: The DocuSign interface is flawless and clean. It's really easy to organized documents and apply templates. Easy to use dashboard to track which documents are still pending or have been completed. Groups of documents can be made into a template that can be sent to an individual.
- CONS: It is little expensive compared to other similar e-sign services. Multiple pages are difficult to load and there cannot be more than two contributors to a single file

DocuSign electronic signature Saves Our Company Time, Money, and Energy with Easy Document Sharing. DocuSign has been used by us, our vendors and clients. It is much easier than printing paper and signing it, scanning and emailing which is what we used to do before. We can easily keep track of our contracts and projects.
